Questions we hear a lot
My contract says "besenrein". Is that enough?
"Besenrein" means broom-clean, which is the legal minimum. Many landlords still expect more, and some contracts ask for a full final clean. Send us the clause and we'll tell you what's needed.
How early should I book?
Two to three weeks before your handover. In summer, when many military families move, book earlier.
Do I need to be there?
No. Leave a key with us or in a lockbox. You get photos when the work is done.
Who does the work?
Registered local cleaning and handyman companies we've checked and tested. We coordinate everything in English.
How do I pay?
30% deposit by card or bank transfer to confirm the date, the rest after the work is done. You get a proper invoice.
